Square Shaped Sky Blue Topaz Stone Silver Ring with Flowers and Gold Details

This stone is such a beautiful colour! It is a cabochon cut square blue topaz measuring approximately 10mm across.  

The stone is set in a rub-over setting and it is sitting on a silver base approximately 2cm across with four silver flowers with gold centres and four gold flattened nuggets surrounding the stone. Ths ring will fit a finger measuring p/q/r. The shank is a plain oval profile band approximately 3mm wide.
