Hoop Earrings with Plum Enamelled Silver Petal Shaped Drops

These lovely earrings are inspired by beautiful Astrantia flowers. They are made up of a hand-made sterling silver hoop with a gold detail with a flower stamping design on it. Hanging from the hoop is a drop of three silver petal shapes that are enamelled a gorgeous rich plum colour.  The enamel is transparent and you can see a textured design of veins underneath the enamel. The front petal is suspended on its own and the two at the back are joined together. The front and back petal clusters move independently from side to side.

The earrings have been oxidised giving the edges of the petals and the hoop an antique appearance.

The hoops are approximately 1.5cm in diameter and the longest petal drops are approx.2.3cm long. The hoop is made from 1.5 mm wire with a standard 0.8mm post that goes throught the ear.  The earrings have a larger sized secure clutcher back to secure them.
